You should really train your waiters, they are awful.

Excellent, excellent place. The best restaurant in West Hampstead in my opinion. Service can, I supposed, be inconsistent, but the food is excellent and the prices thoroughly decent. The upstairs atmosphere can be a little strange, but the downstairs room is lovely, do ask for it when you book.

Can't believe we have lived half a mile away since 1996 and this evening was the first time we have visited the restaurant.

We went there because of a recommendation from one of the staff in Oddbins who is from Napoli and said Sarracinos make the best pizzas in the area.

Good atmosphere and we felt like we were on holiday. We didn't think of booking but will next time as the place was completely full on a Monday evening.

Our pizzas were as authentic as you can get outside of Italy. The sorbet we had for dessert was very good and the service was fine.

Good value for money especially for a takeaway.

Will definitely be coming back again.

Very good pizzas, nice desserts. Service at turns inefficient and rude. Your policy about limoncello with the bill is confusing and quite upsetting when 21 people at all the tables around you get it and not your table of 3. I'll definitely go elsewhere from now on.

The pizza here is fantastic! Only thing I would like to say is that the service is strange. There are either too many waiters or they just don't communicate well as you always get served by at least 3 different people in one sitting and they constantly watch you from the bar which is slightly uncomfortable. It's almost like being swarmed by piranhas. If that could get sorted it would be a near perfect experience.
